This trailer is in good condition for being 22 years old, but has normal wear and tear for its age, especially on the exterior. There are no leaks or mold. As shown in photo, there are 3 small tears along interior canvas wall on king size bed area. It has a portable toilet, but there is no separate bathroom. It weighs 2700 lbs and is approx 17 feet long from hitch to end of trailer. As stated above, the electrical panel has been upgraded, there are new hydraulic brakes and the cushions and bench seats were reupholstered. It comes with a cover, lock and external gray water tank. It has been stored in a covered garage every winter. The canvas gets treated every year to help prevent mold, which new owner should do every year as well to help maintain integrity of the canvas. We have owned it for 5 years and prior to us, it was owned by a couple in Arizona.
