Brand new, all electric, never occupied. I purchased this Park Model Towable Travel trailer - officially an RV, not a manufactured home- from dealership in Arizona (because at the time there was no stock of finished Park Models in California ) in March of 2021 as residence for my 95 yr old mother, and intended to place on my son's property in Santa Rosa with a care giver permit from Sonoma County. It was delivered to the property in July, but unfortunately the County wouldn't give a permit because of septic issues on the property, and we would not be able to use a portable septic tank, as they allow for fire victims. It has never been occupied.I chose this model because it was one of the few that had laundry connections in it, and my mother found it aesthetically pleasing and cozy. It also has a $5,000 heating-cooling unit that comes with it,high ceilings, vented floors, a new refrigerator, stove, disposal and microwave. It is 11.2' x 35.2' and weighs 14,000lb. It is still on its wheels, as shown. No delivery, you pick up in Santa Rosa.
