It is fresh out of manufacturing/dealer maintenance checks and minor repairs with a full clean pass by both.One item was replacing all anchor bolts in Happy Jacks with better threaded wall anchors. Huge improvement. We intended to travel with our Pioneer 700-4 Deluxe(it fits perfectly), but never actually hauled a toy in the garage on any trips.
