This floorplan has lots of room for family. The dinette has been removed but saved and ready to reinstall if needed. It has a 1/2 bath in the bunk room making it very easy when you have overnite guests. The bunk room has a 3/4 size bunk on one side with ladder. The opposite side has a single bunk that can be stored up when not in use as the couch is below bunk. The couch folds out into a queen bed easily and sleeps very comfortably.The theatre seating is directly across from the 32" TV and fireplace on those chilly nights and mornings.The kitchen has a roomy pantry and many cupboards for storage. I have never used the stove. A large 1 basin sink with lots of room for dishes and large pans. A roomy wood paneled 4 door refrigerator with freezer on top and refrigerator below. Master bathroom is large with a corner shower. It has a door into hallway and a sliding door into bedroom. There is a medicine cabinet and also storage below bath sink vanity. There is a linen closet for towels and a drawer below it. There is a single closet for hanging clothes, three drawers next to closet. Each side of bed has a nightstand and a small shirt closet with cabinets over headboard for more storage. The mattress is a 60 X 80 Innomax dual control dual chamber air bed that has a layer of memory foam on top for added comfort. The foot of bed lifts for additional storage. All windows except galley and bunk room have the black privacy roller shades. The galley has a mini blind. The bunk room has pleated shades. There are two awnings both 23.5' long. They are in great shape. Outside on the passenger rear is the outdoor kitchen featuring a sink, two burner cooktop and small refrigerator. It also has a drawer for utensils and cupboards over the sink for more storage. In the front there is pass through storage, two LP compartments- one on each side and the very front compartment which is extremely roomy and houses the 2 batteries. This coach has the nautilus water system making it extremely easy to winterize when necessary. It has the 6 point Auto level that makes it easy for setup when you arrive at your destination. This coach has 50 AMP service and requires at least a 3/4 ton truck to tow it with. It has new Michelin tires with less than 800 miles on them. This coach has been towed less than 3,000 miles. It has been a great summer get away for us. We are going to try motorized next that is why this is up for sale.
