Clean. Well maintained. All systems and appliance in great working condition. No leaks. Ice cold AC. Gear boxes of 2 slides replaced in August. All mattresses upgraded with high end, 8-10" memory foam gel with plastic mesh already installed under mattresses for ventilation to prevent mold. Mattresses have always been covered with waterproof full covers. Oxygenics shower head. Large, 12g hot water heater. This rig is set up for a full-time family. Lots of added storage solutions. Upgraded Goodyear tires less than a year old, about 3,500 miles. We removed some factory furniture (Ulounge and cafe tables, bunk room dinette, and bunk above the dinette) and replaced with multifunctional pieces that worked for our family. The two bunks on the left remain, so the right side of bunkroom is a blank canvas. Great for a homeschool, play area, workout, or storage area. Everything pictured is included with unit. We did not keep the original furniture.
