Original owner, this Keystone Cougar 37ft fifth wheel has served us well visiting ancestry sites across the states in both cold and hot temperatures. Two cold air conditioners, refrigerator and freezer. Gas stove and oven, microwave. Gas furnace and electric fireplace all working great! Love the double sinks in the kitchen island and lots of storage space. We replaced the factory recliners with an electric wall hugging loveseat with cup holders. Replaced the queen size mattress this past year. Very comfortable! Washer/Dryer hookup never used. 50 amp service can dongle down to 30 amp if needed. Living room has 40" TV, CD/DVD, Radio and indoor/outdoor speaker setup. Wired for cable and satellite in living room, bedroom and belly for outside TV watching (must attach TV). Winguard antenna needs to be reattached. Outside shower hookup. If you need a fifth wheel hitch you can have that too. While we love our fifth wheel, we want to experience a motorhome. Overall our Cougar is in good shape with self leveling jacks, Awning and wide belly storage. Some sun fading mainly on back side. The vinyl flooring in living area has two rips from something under slide a few years back now fixed. We just put carpet runners over it and called it good for us. Been that way a few years and didn't give it a thought until time to sell. We also removed part of carpet in bedroom and under kitchen table and attached vinyl runners. With all that said, it's still a beauty with furniture, cabinets and appliances in great shape. Scheduled to be washed and waxed on Tuesday 9/28. Ready for new owners.
