Drivetrain:
8.1L V8 with only ~13,500 miles on it. This baby hauls ***. We just brought it here from Colorado, and it had no problem towing a fully loaded trailer up some of the steepest grade and highest elevation mountain p***es in the country.
It's got an automatic transmission that shifts smoothly and cleanly
When we bought it a little over a year ago, it had some rust in the fuel system, and we spent $3000+ on a new fuel pump and getting the fueltank and fuel system totally cleaned out. Haven't had a single problem with it since in the 5000 miles we put on it.
Brakes work great
Brand new tires with an extended warranty through discount tire

Seats: There are 2 captains chairs in the cab, and a futon with seatbelts in the back. It had 2 additional seats in the back that were removed, but the places that they were mounted to are still easily accessible and if you wanted to add those seats back it wouldn't be too difficult.
