Vintage 35' 1993 Pace Arrow Motor Home This 1993 Motor Home by Fleetwood is in very good condition, the inside is fresh and clean with upgrades, kitchen has bamboo wood flooring while the living room and bedroom have a plush carpet. Pace Arrow was the top of the Fleetwood line in 1993. The real wood Cabinet are in excellent condition, with etched glass mirrors on the bedroom cabinets. The bedroom has a double sliding mirror door on the back wall, and you can get to three sides of the bed. The bathroom is all contained in one with a 4’ tub shower combo and two doors accessible from the bedroom or the front of the coach. A fold out door can make the bedroom private. The floor plan is one of the best and most useable of space. The drivers chair and passenger chair both turn around 180 degrees to face the inside of the coach to see the 32” flat screen smart TV which is in a custom cabinet on the side of the Dometic two door refrigerator/freezer. The love seat couch will make into a twin bed, the kitchen table has two swivel chairs and can be extended out to accommodate the two folding chairs stored under the bed. There is lots of inside storage and a large amount of outside basement storage including two pass through. The kitchen and bathroom faucets and toilet are all new. Tires are 5 years old and in very good condition with less than 7000 miles on them, no cracking. I had a new roof put on 3 years ago. I have all of the original manuals and service records. Motor Home is on a Ford chassis with 48815 miles. Has a Onan 7000W gas generator with 800 hours, 2 thermostat controlled furnaces, 2 roof air conditioners, sky light in bathroom, fantastic fan.
