Vintage but purchased from dealer who did a partial restoration, including new wiring, paint, flooring, dual power refrigerator, roof vent fan in bath, stove with oven, air conditioning unit (in back), electric brakes, hot water tank, shelving, pull out futon bed, and electric fireplace.

We have not been able to use and enjoy it for over a year so it is time to let someone else love it. Everything, including toilet and shower, was in working order when we last used it but over the course of the year, the bathroom ceiling separated and needs a bit of work (see pictures).

SOLD “AS IS”. First person to transfer cash can come and tow it away with a clean North Carolina title in hand. NOTE: It's been a hot and, at times, wet summer. The wheels will need maintenance (bearings packed, etc.) before you tow it far.
