Our RV is brand new. We bought it in February of this year and have made a couple of trips in it to Lake Powell, Las Vegas and a couple of other parks in California, to include Orange Land in LA and Orange Park in Bakersfield. Our kids enjoy the RV experience and the amount of space this compact travel trailer has to offer. However, it is time to find this trailer a new loving home as we would like to purchase a different type of RV in the future. Our Heartland Sundance UL has been very well kept and is thoroughly cleaned after every trip. It's wheels are new and in great condition and so is the RV's functionalities both aesthetically and mechanically. If not sold, then we may trade it in for our new one, however, we wanted to give it a new chance to find a new home outside of a dealership.
