This RV was purchased new in August 2020 to provide living quarters while a cabin was being built. It was used for 5 months over 2 summers by a single person and has been relatively stationary during this time. This unit was stored in a metal building last winter and is in excellent condition inside and out.This RV has several optional features offered by Forest River including a 190 Watt solar panel w/prep, Thermopane windows, an additional LED TV in the bedroom (24"), a second Maxxair ventilation fan in the bathroom, 4 power stab jacks and a tongue mount bike rack. This trailer has been wired and ducted so a second A/C can easily be added in the bedroom.The interior of this RV is absolutely beautiful with American dark brown maple-woodgrain cabinetry, wood look vinyl flooring, chocolate brown furnishings and an electric fireplace. This model has kitchen cabinets and a countertop across the front of the trailer which expands the kitchen space. There is storage under the bed and the under dinette seats as well as a multi shelved cabinet and shoe cubby in the entry way. Plus, there is a large closet in the bedroom with four drawer storage below. The shower is roomy and features a warm water miser switch and a skylight.This particular trailer has the sofa seating rather than the theater style seating. WiFi Ranger is available and there is a DVD/CD/radio with outside speakers. Definitely 'glamping' in this trailer!There are two grey tanks with a total of 90 gal capacity. The black water tank holds 45 gal. There is also an electric tank heater for those frosty days.Outside features include an outdoor shower and an attachable propane grill. Two 30 gal propane tanks are included with a durable tank cover.There are two slide outs, two doors with screen doors and steps and an awning with LED lighting on this trailer.This travel trailer is 29' 11" in length which allows camping in most national parks. I was able to pull this trailer with my half ton truck.An equalizer hitch that I purchased is included in this price.
