Long story short we've camped about 10 times and its not quite for us. I used the generator once. Never had any problems with this trailer. scratched the driver side on a tree branch ( see pictures). Other than that, this is brand new. The other really nice extra is we still have roughly 9 years left on the warranty at Manteca trailer and rv. This is transferable. I love the trailer but not for our family. We hauled a golf cart twice with plenty of room in all directions. I also changed all three top vent covers per cracking. If you want it will include: a champion 3100 watt generator (used once, started monthly) still has remote start FOB. All sewage tubes and hoses. fresh water filter and all attachments. Converter for 50 amp output and surge protector. Dishes and random kitchen items, for example toaster pans etc. The TV/DVD player, interior and exterior speakers are in perfect condition. A king bird cover will come with the trailer. It will come with two nearly full propane tanks as well .
