We are downsizing due to our needs changing. This trailer has been impeccably cared for by mature adults. I am 6ft 7 and I don't hit my head anywhere in this trailer. This trailer is perfect for temporary housing and would be perfect for a fire victim. My parents lost their home in the camp fire and used it for a month or so til the insurance got them an apartment. It has been upgraded to a tankless water heater for endless showers. It has power everything and a wireless rear camera, 50/30amp, outside fridge and tv. Also has a gas bbq that mounts to the side of the trailer and a green mountain grills pellet smoker on a custom swing mount on the bumper. It is in excellent condition.
