On a Ford E450 chassis with only 15,353 miles.  It has a self leveling system and powered armless 16ft awning with LED lights.  The house batteries were replaced in May and they have a system for easy filling from the basement compartment.  There is a Cummins generator that has only been used —- hrs. It sleeps 8, with a queen size bed, bunk beds and over cab bed.  The full kitchen has double sinks, 3 burner gas stove, microwave and full-sized refrigerator with ice maker.  There is a 40” swivel tv in the living area, 32” tv and DVD player in the bedroom, and an outdoor entertainment center with a 32” tv.  There is ample storage inside and out with a closet, 5 drawers and over-bed compartments in the bedroom; pantry in the hallway; overhead compartments above the sofa and dining area; kitchen cabinets with 3 drawers; cabinet, medicine cabinet and drawer in the bathroom; and 8 basement compartments, with 4 of them being pass-through compartments. The 2 person dinette is easily  converted into bunk beds. A set of sunshades for front windows and doors will block the heat/cold/sun on the front cab. Large side mirrors with cameras that are automatic triggered when blinker is engaged along with rear view camera. Tow capacity of 7,500 lbs with the tow assistant button in the driver cab. Both the heater and water heater can run either gas or electricity. An outdoor hot/cold faucet with sprayer is located on the rear driver side compartment. The black water tank was enhanced with a flush system. There is a brand new set of decals for the entire RV that will be included with the purchase.
