This RV now has brand new heated, massaging recliners and a newly sealed roof! Only rarely do you find an RV this age in this good of a condition.

This is a rare 3 bedroom 5th wheel, well cared for, ready to go, title is clean. Officially a 37 foot RV (as indicated in the model number), it is actually around 42 feet.

Check out this floor plan: spacious master suite with large shower and RV queen bed; another bedroom with a single bunk and a fold out queen couch, this second bedroom has it's own bathroom! The middle bedroom has a 48x64 bunk bed.

There is a roomy kitchen with plenty of storage, a mid-size refrigerator (not the tiny ones you find in many 5th wheels), and an outdoor kitchen and fridge with a small grill that runs off the small propane tanks (included).

There is an electric fireplace that will keep the RV warm when it is 50 degrees or below outside, so you save on propane, with propane heater if you find a chillier spot.The auto leveling system makes setting up a breeze.

There is plenty of storage under the front for all your tools and toys.

Included is a solar panel, all septic hoses and connectors, a fifth wheel hitch, and extra electric connectors for different amps.

I only know of one issue with the RV: the two black water tanks have the internal rinse mechanisms, but the front one doesn't work. This has not been a problem, we just run water through the toilet to rinse them when necessary (which is rarely if you treat the tanks properly). Other than that, all known problems have been accounted for.
