In EXCELLENT maintained Like New Condition and always sheltered. The roof is original. It has never never leaked and is in good condition ( see pics). It is a ready reliable transportation. We have just completed many updates that make this RV run like a new one. We just replaced all 4 ball joints as well as all of the following all completed in November 2021. Installed new steering linkage, alignment, installed the new Safety-Plus steering stabilizer kit which is positive centering, mechanically assisted steering control engineered to maintain straight-ahead steering. Safety-Plus is designed to eliminate road wander, cross winds, road ruts and even maintain steer ahead when encountering blowouts. installed new front axle Sumo Springs that eliminates front axle bounce and roll in turns and rough roads, installed front axle Sumo Springs especially compliment Koni Shocks all for a wonderful driving experience. Just winterized. All of this has just been completed by Mainline Truck and Trailer Service. So this RV is BETTER than the original new one.
