Runs great. No pets, no smoking. Generac generator recently serviced. 2 in 1 washer dryer unit. Lots of storage. We have enjoyed many trips with the grandkids and countless trips to Rocky Point Mexico. Currently in storage in Mesa Arizona. DVD and VHS combo will remain with the coach.Michelin tires are in great condition. Fairly new wheel covers. Service records and manuals are all in binders. Recently purchased new gray and black water hoses. Misc parts and fluid box will remain with coach.
