We bought the camper in January. Since then we bought a house we're flipping so now we don't have time to use it. About $1000 worth of extras goes with it including two TV's, camper sheets for the Queen size bed, dishes, silverware, sewer hoses, sway bar & tow hitch, lego blocks for the wheels to sit on, and too much to list! AC was an upgrade to 15,000 BTU. Everything is new and it has no wear and tear. WE ONLY USED IT 4 TIMES. NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. We just don't want to leave it out in the weather not being used. YOU WILL NOT GET ALL OF THIS IF YOU BUY A NEW CAMPER FROM A DEALER. From the bunk beds to the Queen size master you can walk around, it is truly a camper's delight. Everything is new on it so you have no worries about tires or wear and tear. AC was ordered as an upgrade to a 15,000 BTU.
