Here is 2019 Grand Design 351M that is set up perfectly for off grid camping. It has a Cummins 5500 EVAP generator that will run everything. It also has 400w of solar with 3000w inverter/charger. It has 300ah of LiFePo battery with a separate deep cycle for starting the generator and running the hydraulic slides and leveling. The battery system will power all the 120v outlets in the camper including the microwave. The only thing it can’t power is the A/C. If you go camping in a park the unit has energy management system hard wired into the system to protect the unit from over/under voltage. This camper is completely optioned out including a king bed.
