Perfect family camper!  Our family of 5 has enjoyed this bunkhouse camper and yours will too.  Easily sleeps 6 and we have had 8 in it before as well. 
This is a well cared for travel trailer.  No issues with only minor wear appropriate for the age of the camper.  All floors, walls, ceiling, awning, etc are in great condition.  No leaks or other issues.  New battery and spare tire this summer. 
You will love this outdoor kitchen.  larger size fridge holds all of your families drinks for the weekend, no need to dive into a cooler.  The 2 burner cooktop is great for boiling water or frying up foods. 
Plenty of storage for a family.  Holds all of your chairs, cables, hoses, toolbox, grill, etc in the outside cabinet.  Three ceiling vent fans all have matching covers.  Pre wired for solar charger.  DVD player, TV, stereo, etc.
