Has all the amenities of home. 1 full slide out on drivers side. Upgraded queen size bed in rear, bunk over cab, dinette table lowers into bed, sleeps 6 comfortably. 2 TVs , 40” LED with sound bar, DVD player, cable ready over the dinette. 32” TV in the rear bedroom. 16.6 cu ft residential refrigerator, stainless steel sink with sprayer. Microwave/Convection oven, Induction stovetop with 2 side gas burners, lots of storage space/hanging cabinets. Furnace and air conditioner (work well). Upgraded leather theatre seats with center storage console, a $2000.00 value (nice, we really liked) and you can sleep in them...because I did...so this could sleep 8 if a couple people didn’t mind...

Bathroom-nice size corner shower with glass door, tankless on demand hot water (nice and works well), foot-flush porcelain toilet and a large pantry. Stainless steel sink there also.

Outside-Lots of storage, powered awning (with remote, also controls the slide and outside lights), LP/BBQ connection, outside shower (never used), all the normal connections for water, sewer and power. Self contained propane tank 9.6 gallon/41 lb storage. Reese hitch-8,000 lb towing capacity. 4.0 Onan generator/dual auxiliary coach batteries. Solar ready...
 
Engine-6.8 liter V-10 Triton on a E-450 Ford chassis. (Averaged 8-9 mpg, I tried driving 55 mph). 6 speed Auto transmission. As of this writing 14,454 miles, all systems serviced. Back-up camera and side cameras. Always stored inside or under a overhand of my pole barn.
 
Conclusion-all systems functioned flawlessly, we personalized it by putting Led puck lights (aaa batteries) in most of the pantry and cabinets. And I needed a compass so I mounted a good quality boat compass with night light, (see picture, works well)
