Description

Hi Rvers or new Rvers! :)

UPDATE:https://gpelectric.com/elementor-14605/
Our RV has a solar system so ready for that new law changes!

Just to let you know our RV is higher price comparing with others for the following reasons but we can negotiate a little:

- Professionals installed a high tech solar system for a value of $6,000 including installation and modification.
- We installed new very powerful Renogy Lithium-Iron Phosphate Battery ($2,000) that will last about 20 years, the former ones last 2 or 3 years.
- There is an Extended stay external connector to allow you to hook up exterior propane tank.
- A surge protector and circuit tester
- A brandnew hose
- A brandnew electric awning ($2700).
- A Brandnew toilet

Also there are just a few miles on it 33,600 miles.

The video is not our RV, it is to show you a similar model walk-through in fact 99% of it is the same except the color of the table, the flip up counter top extension, the flip up counter space (We prefer our color), see pics. We are the first owners.

23.5' Class C Sleeps 6 - GOOD CONDITION with added high tech solar system and 2 new very powerful Renogy Lithium-Iron Phosphate batteries giving a massive 200 Amp Hours! Our class RV C has a full sized Microwave, oven, stove, real shower, toilet and queen bed. It is a smaller sized RV under 24' in size, but it is the largest RV to get into all federal & state parks. Over 24' and your options are limited, and the largest beasts, are very limited. Our RV is 23'6" long, and many parks do not allow 24' long RV or longer. This is why we bought this RV and not the larger RV's to fit into this special class that is allowed in every park. We do have three couch seat-belts plus driver & front passenger. That is five total. The "bunk over cab" is 57"x95" sleeping area is large, the main bed, is a queen, and the tale folds down to a large twin. Plenty of sleeping area. The bathroom has a stand up shower, flush toilet w/ foot pedal, and a real sink. With sunshine, solar power will charge the 200 amp hour batteries and you shouldn't need to run the generator except for running large drain appliances like microwave or hair dryer. All this, in a park compliance RV that means many parks or camping places will not allowed RV with a length higher than 24 ft.

Why our RV is great for extended stay?

We have high powerfull solar system, extra powefull lithium batteries and extended stay propane valves, all professionally installed.
