1999 Winnebago Volkswagen Rialta 2000 HD located in Toledo, Ohio. (Didn’t have an option for that trim.) 108,000 miles, mechanically sound, well maintained. I have done a lot of extra work, but she needs a few things. Amazing gas mileage!
Easy to drive and park at only 21.75 feet, and comfortable to live in. Height is 96”.
Solar has been added, so you can even camp off-grid and still have a fridge, lights, and some power. Generator takes care of running everything else if desired. Solar charges rear batteries and can jump battery under the hood if needed.

Flaws: (Hence the lower price!)
-new leak on roof seam, needs re-sealed, currently have tarp over roof. Would be cheap to do yourself with Dicor. If you want to pay someone, I got an estimate from Camping World and it will be a little under $1000 for them to re-seal the entire roof.
-rooftop AC quit recently (not sure why)
-water damage on kitchen wood near microwave due to the seam leaking. The wood boards next to the microwave will need replaced.
-fan in bath needs new crank mechanism
