Purchased this to stay in while building home and had wanted to keep it but no longer have a tow vehicle. Items that have been removed because I had my own to use are: dinette, queen mattress, recliner and one of the two sofa's. The furnishings in where rarely used. This is a very clean unit with no issues. RV purchased in WA and moved to CA (only miles on it were in the transport) . It has a front and back door for easier access to living space/bedroom which most units do not have.
