10 year old model, taken care of and our family has decided to move up to a motorhome. Inside is clean, exactly what you would expect for a 10 year old camper that has been taken care of and cleaned regularly, minor scratches here and there but nothing major or of concern. All plumbing, AC, refrig, electrical, gas are in fine working condition as was just used over Labor Day Weekend.
Items to note:- Queen and double bunk mattresses have been replaced in last 3 years- Tires were replaced in 2019- Unit seal tested and complete resealing of roof and under carriage done in 2018- hitch receiver was added to the back for bike rack, deer hauler, etc.
Exterior - there is some delam in the front and back that is resealed yearly and has not grown in size. Awning will need to be replaced but the roller and motor are in good working condition
OVERALL - a solid camper for those on a budget!!!
