There is a cosmetic dent on the outside camper wall near the slider. The left slider bottom corner drip edge does not keep the exposed floor board outside edge dry when it rains - so I white duct tape the bottom drip edge line when my slider is open to protect and keep this area dry - you should too. UPDATE:: Potential buyer saw the left slider exposed outside where wall and floor exposed board meet and told me due to the floor being particle board the entire slider floor will need to be replaced even though only ~3-4 inches appears problematic (See Picture Below). He stepped inside where the left wall and floor meet and pushed down and said he saw light. I feel comfortable and safe sitting on the couch, but maybe I shouldn't? so I reduced the price to $5000.
