Brand new Heartland Mallard, never slept in and never off lot. We completed purchase but due to sudden change in our situation we are not able to keep unit. We also payed for exterior UV protection coating ( an extra $1000) which comes with a 5 year warranty against fading, cracking, peeling, discoloration and loss of gloss.
