This Durango Gold is in beautiful condition. It was purchased on 8/2018 and is currently in full-time use. We have traveled a limited amount of 8 trips with no more than 6,000 miles. It has Provider brand G-rated tires. It has 5 slides. Outside entertainment area with a small TV and small refrigerator. It's very roomy. 3 TVs total. 2 refrigerators 1- RV Electric/Propane 18 Cu. ft. and the small one outside. It has an electric fireplace heater, 2 air conditioners, ducted,(much quieter than nonducted) with a ceiling fan in the kitchen, a laundry unit hook up in the bedroom (no washer or dryer). A bedroom w/RV King bed w storage under the bed (Do note only the factory comforter and accent pillows included. The bedding shown is not included.) 2 sofa beds that can open to 1-Queen size bed and 1- full-size bed. Propane stove 3 burners/oven along with a Convection/ microwave. All systems are in working order. There are two MaxxAir remote-controlled vent fans. It has a huge heated belly when the furnace runs. Has 2 propane tanks an outside faucet/shower. The bath has a full-size shower with a seat. Porcelain potty with medicine cabinet and stainless steel sink. The dining table has a leaf and it comes with 2 fixed chairs and 2 foldable chairs. 6 compartments on the underbelly, a desk in the cupboard unit with USB plugs above it. Before delivery, I switched out the hitch to a Reese Goosebox that has proved to minimize truck/trailer bouncing, etc. It has an adjustable airbag along with two shock absorbers. The hitch may be easily changed to any other standard fifth wheel hitch. Upon request, I can provide a copy of the Smart Weigh completed shortly after purchase with the trailer was loaded for full-time use showing total weight on all tires and total tongue weight. The tanks and lines have proved freeze-free down to 10 degrees. The water connection panel along with all internal water lines are in heated areas of the unit.
