Excellent condition, inside and out, one owner, no accidents, no mechanical issues, everything works, recent oil change, good tread on the tires, drives smooth, plenty of power. She handled the mountains in Colorado with ease. Still has that new car smell. Never been smoked in, no smelly pets. Leveling jacks on back end only, manual crank (real easy with a cordless driver). 1 slide out, huge awning. Generaotor recenty serviced, LP 3 burner stove and oven, LP/Electric water heater, LP Heat, 1 AC unit, Freshwater holding tank, self contained ready for boondocking anywhere. 2 TV's come with the RV with two DVD players, one in the front of the cab for common viewing, one in the bedroom in the back. Also has rear facing camera that can replace rear view mirror during driving, comes on automatically in reverse.

Setting up at the campsite is a breeze, leveling jacks and a set of blocks, all easily stowed I will gladly instruct the buyer if interested.

It's easy to drive for both of us. There are safety belts for 6 including driver and front passenger. Refrigerator operates on lp and is fully accessible during travel, as is the toilet. The retracted slide does not interfere with access. AC blows cold, is ducted throughout cabin, vents over bed in back too. LP heat blows through floor level vents. Both controlled at thermostat in back bedroom.

Sleeps 6+ family members of varying sizes. Two adults on the slide out, two adults above the pilots cabin, one adult or two children on the jackknife sofa, and a child or two on the dinette/bed.

We've had a great time and made many memories in this coach as a family. But our kids are growing up and our RV needs are changing, we're looking to downsize for just the two of us.
