Camper is in excellent condition and very nice. Simply do not use it enough to justify the payments. It has 3 slides one of which has a second slide inside. Has lots of amenities 50 amp power, 6 point auto level, residential refrigerator, power inverter, LP/electric how water heater, 3 tvs, 1 1/2 bath. 3 air conditioners, electric fireplace, Garage AC also has heat, large shower, Leather reclining couch, 5500 watt onboard generator, large rain sensing ventilation fans in kitchen and bathroom, fueling station for your ATV or motorcycle, 3 awnings, Rear gate can be converted to a porch and has awning and lights, slide toppers installed on all slide outs, awnings are fitted with LED strips for plenty of light outside at night. Camper has had regular maintenance and has only been used twice since the last hub lubrication, AC units were also cleaned and checked at that time.  A new roof was installed last year.
