Like new condition, only used one night. Has a queen bed in the front and double bed in the rear. Also has a table that will fold down into another bed. Refrigerator and stove has never been used. Shower has never been used, only used the toilet a couple of times. Has a low profile air conditioner, manual awning, HD TV antenna, plumb quick connect for gas grill, front window with curtains and stone guard, exterior plumbing guard, am/fm radio with bluetooth. Also has solar panels on the roof for off the grid camping. Thought this was the one but just too much for us to handle. Great for a couple or a small family. Only trailmanor for sale in this area. They are for sale in Texas and Wisconsin. Needs hinge to the bathroom door fixed, came loose it is an easy fix. Will fit in a standard garage. Is 27 feet long, folds down to 20 feet.
