***Edit*** This is a 2021 not 2020****This RV is under warranty and comes with a transferable extended warranty. It has a 28gal Gray and Black tank, 40-gal freshwater tank and 40 lb. LPG tank. Tankless hot water heater (awesome to always have instant hot water) and convection microwave oven. Induction stove top with additional two gas burners for cooking. Bunk beds with TV/DVD players in each bunk. Master bed has upgraded mattress with mattress cover. The Jack-knife-sofa was replaced with a reclining chair sectional. Original Jack-knife-sofa comes with RV. The sofa can be switched out for additional sleeping space. Includes front windshield cover and upgraded shower head. 2 A/C units allows the RV to be cool throughout with a separate control for the bedroom. 35,000 BTU heater keeps the RV nice and warm in the colder months. This RV is prepped for Solar Panel hookup. Auto-leveling system makes leveling the RV easy! Outdoor entertainment system for watching football games, playing video games, or just watching a movie by the campfire; includes TV and radio. Chassis upgrades include, Roadmaster Steering Damper, Bilstein Shocks (all four), and Hellwig Sway Bar (front and rear). We have dry camped using the generator with no issues. The generator has approximately 95 hours on it. We have had this RV for a little over a year and traveled with it almost every month, to the Mountains of NC and TN and to the coast of NC and SC. We have pulled our enclosed trailer with our motorcycle in it and didn't even know it was back there, tows great. We are selling so that we can purchase a Toy Hauler for more space to take multiple toys. We have 3 dogs that do travel with us, so this RV is pet friendly.
