We bought the trailer new in 2017 in Sacramento. The furthest we have taken it is Oregon and Big Sur. It probably has traveled less than 5,000 miles. It tows very well, fully loaded weight is about 3600 lbs. I have washed it after every trip, and treated the rubber roof twice a year. Everything works, there are no water leaks. There is a small dent on the front rock guard and the awning is starting to fade. It has been stored most of its life under an RV cover or under a roof. Tires are original, but in very good shape, with no cracking. The kids love the bunk beds. It doesn’t have a slide out, which we felt was a bonus as there are less moving parts to break and less potential water leaks. It has an outdoor shower head, which is nice for rinsing off dirty kids and pets. Jensen AM/FM with Bluetooth and indoor/outdoor speakers. 3.0 cubic foot fridge/freezer. 20K BTU furnace, 13.5 BTU roof A/C. 6 gallon hot water heater. 4 manual stabilizer jacks, manual tongue jack. Power awning, electric trailer brakes. Prewired solar port. Samsung flat screen smart TV on a swivel bracket. 33 gallon fresh water tank, 25 gal gray water, 25 gal black water tank. Hitch coupler size is 2 5/16”. It has the optional Deluxe Package, which includes aluminum wheels, exterior entry assist handle, the outdoor shower, pleated shades, tub surround, and bathroom mirror. Has a microwave, powered range vent hood, 2-burner range. Laminated countertops, walnut cabinetry, cable/satellite TV hook-up, TV antenna. Bathroom skylight, bathroom vent fan, 20 lb LP tank. It has plenty of storage both under the rear bunks and under the front bed. Lots of cabinet space too. The rear bunk door is handy, it’s the main reason we went with the Clipper instead of a Wolf Pup. Memory foam mattress topper and EAZ Lift weight distribution hitch with anti-sway control included. We have made a lot of memories in this trailer with our kids, and are sad to see it go.
