Open Range light 35' fifth wheel. We are currently the 2nd owners. No water damage with seals and several wipers along the slide outs replaced this spring. Wheels replaces 1 year ago and wheel bearings greased this spring. 2nd AC unit installed 1.5 years ago. Rennovated interior white walls, grey cabneits, marble countertops. Large pass through storage. W/D hook-ups, although a W/D is not currently in place. Will come with king pin and slide out stabilizers, surge protectors, hoses and everything else required so you can hit the road. All new lights in the ceiling. Will probably require a new gear box in the future which is an inexpensive part and an easy replacement. New batteries to support the trailer for 24 hours on boondocking power. This unit has ample storage and has had no damage. Has fully insurance coverage for another 1.5 years with the policy purchased. We got it for the floor plan to really feel like an apartment with a kitchen island and a TV across from the recliner chairs that you can still see from the kitchen space. We are just looking to get out of travel therapy and do not need it anymore. We are also trying to sell out 2003 diesel F250 6.7L engine with 180,000 miles with full tow package. Trying to sell them together at 53,000 for both.
