Great Floor Plan, Bath and 1/2. This RV is very clean and ready to take you down the road. All tires new in fall of 2020. Maintenance done regularly and parts replaced as needed. Has a a new engine, replaced spring 2021, only a bit more than 1K on new engine. engine has 3 year warranty. All furniture replaced for comfort and quality. Front driver and passenger seats are original and are showing wear, still comfortable and work well. We love the bath and 1/2, the electric fireplace, residential refrdge w/ icemaker, and entertainment options. Exterior is in good shape with a few minor scratches. The worst being on the rear passenger side top, from sharp tree branches from a late night pull in. You can see this in one of the close up photos posted.
