Here it is, folks. A very well maintained, 38 ft, low mileage, diesel pusher RV. We are meticulous owners that look after every detail. Everything works in this RV, and we’ve paid to service it to be sure. Previously owned by a diesel mechanic and an original owner who had an “open checkbook” policy with RV dealer. Has Cat C7 Diesel engine and onboard Onan 7500W generator that were recently serviced and good to go. All service receipts and manuals included with sale…very well cared for coach. Buyer will get our whole setup with outdoor drill, propane tank, the whole nine yards. You will have everything you need to go camping, go racing, or do anything your heart desires….in a clean environment that you can control. New washer/dryer. 75 gal fresh water, 40 gal gray, and 40 gal black tanks. 2 ice cold AC units (main living area and master bedroom) and a toasty warm LP furnace. New exterior rubber seals installed by previous owner, so all 3 slides are nice and air tight. Full air ride with auto leveling system. Smooth shifting Allison trans with a jake brake that works well. Full service done this spring with new SAFE T steering stabilizer installed ($5k investment, all in, but WELL worth it!) Wind sheers, towing a trailer/car…no problem after this upgrade! Interior is in great shape (no tears, wear no tear) with carpets cleaned every off season. Red pillows in kitchenette reupholstered in matching tan leather….looks much better. The only reason our family is selling this coach is to move onto something else. This rig needs nothing. I’m a car collector who treats our cars with a lot of love and I have treated this RV with the same care….even hand waxed it myself. That said, we don’t have to sell it….we know what its worth and so we don’t intend give it away. No broker calls, please. Schedule inspections welcome, but no tire kickers/dreamers, please.
