I'm torn in selling this garage and climate control maintained 5th wheel toy hauler, but life takes us in different directions. So, with a heavy heart, I'm listing this loaded toy hauler to find another home to enjoy all that is offered in this vehicle. We had a couple fantastic trips learning and enjoying the beauty of a couple adjacent states.translation, the well maintained, pampered toy hauler was not used as much as anticipated. Slide out covers added to both slides, replaced the mattress with a very comfortable 10" foam mattress. The plastic trim over the wheels was cracking at a screw location, so it was replaced with black diamond plate on both sides. Numerous d rings, tie down attachments in the basement and the ladder in the garage is mounted to the wall were added. Replaced the screen only in the garage, to the three season screen/vinyl doors and the screen only is included. Replaced the front door hand rail with a longer hand rail and placed a hand rail on the garage entrance door; both screen doors were blinged up with a grab bar. If you are looking for this type of vehicle, you have looked and read the specs over many times, so just a short list of what is here: 3 tvs (none in the garage but can easily be added with wiring already in place), fireplace, massage chairs, microwave/convection oven, 2 ac, G rated tires with lots of tread, stereo entertainment system w/Bluetooth, washer/dryer prep, fully closed and heated underbelly, 3 awnings.
