Great shape trailer! It feels very spacious with the bunks opened, everyone always comments on that. We have kept up the maintenance and it still feels brand new! Comes with two propane tanks, fresh water hose, bunk fans, electric bed heaters. The grill that attaches to the passenger side has been cleaned and ready to grill on. We have a full cover and 3 rolls of Reflectix to put over the bunks that we will give you. We bought the Reflectix to use in a heat wave of 113* and they kept our trailer refreshingly cool. We just replaced the hot water anode, and we will give you an extra. The AC runs cold, water gets very hot. Tires still have a lot of life left. Half-ton towable. Oven and fridge are very clean.
