40RLTS means 40 Foot Rear Living Triple Slide. Amazingly, it is my unit to a tee. I am including the window sticker that indicates the standard features as well as the many upgrades shown in the video. The unit is permanently located on a friendly couple-owner well maintained sight 5 miles from the beach of Fenwick Island and Ocean City, Maryland. Being a Travel Trailer, it can easily be relocated. The attached flier illustrates the trailer, 2 decks, lighted pergola and maintenance-free Sun Cast shed. The lot rent is paid through the 2021 season with nothing required of the new owner. The price has been recently reduced to make it one of the best values in the park which has had a waiting list since January due to price and proximity to the ocean . On a personal note, I have greatly enjoyed this experience. I am 77 years young and lived in PA all my life. Ironically I served two years of my Navy service in Lewes DE from 1963-65 performing top secret duties during the Cold War. As a result this area is a second home to me.
