Low mileage; hard to find Forest River FR3 25DS. We are a first time RV owning couple, self employed, who purchased this RV from another self employed couple in the summer of 2021. Where else can you find a 25 foot RV with a king bed? We drove the RV for 1,500 miles and had a great time vacationing this summer but with how busy our work schedule is, we just do not have the time to go on the road as much as we anticipated. RV is the perfect size at 25 feet long, easy to drive, and easy to setup. At the campground we have always been asked by other owners with longer RVs, and how they wish their RV was smaller. We think 25 feet is just the absolute ideal length. We hate to sell it, but with the economy being so hot, we simply just do not have the time to use it. We have a title in hand and no loan / lien on the RV. RV comes fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils, plates, accessories, bedding, USB chargers, RV hoses, electric cables / surge protector, and all the odds and ends you'll need to hit the road. Condition is very good. No known electrical problems, plumbing issues, or roof leaks. The previous owners cared for this RV very well, as we have as well. The previous owners of the RV upgraded every suspension component in the RV (Koni shocks, Roadmaster Sway Bars, Sumo Springs, and added a steering stabilizer). From what they told us, a stock Forest River FR3 requires all these upgrades otherwise the driveability is quite low. You can drive this RV with one hand on a highway with the cruise control on. Other upgrades include Garmin RV GPS, an updated auto-lever control unit, new xenon headlights, upgraded fans with remote, remote tire minder system, new outside speakers, new house batteries, and RV cover and portable washer. We've had the RV serviced once by a truck / RV dealer and they checked the chassis and generator and said everything is in perfect order. The generator has been run less than 150 hours, and was checked in July of 2021 and fires up without any issues every time. Please contact us by email to setup a time to view the RV.
