This is a 41’8” Four Season unit that can be taken anywhere you want to go. If you are looking at new units on a dealers lot, you will find they are adding money to the MSRP because of demand. Also if you look into getting a generator you will find buying one and installing it will cost you $10,000 and this unit has one already. A/Cs have been serviced annually. Unit has an Onan 5500 propane generator, additional power awning over living slide out, slide out covers, drawer dishwasher, fireplace, desk area, sleep number mattress, stackable washer and dryer, power dual recliner, auto leveling jacks with rubber feet, all vent fans are auto powered, all lighting is LED, basement has a mounted 32” TV, bed is on a separate slide within the bedroom slide creating more space, separate vanity with sink in bedroom, two spacious pantries with power on middle drawer, and lots of storage over head. Original MSRP was $127,800 and we added the washer, dryer, additional awning, and slide covers. Full body paint and no decals to peal off or fade. The unit has served us well but we are no longer traveling and would be a great buy for one wanting a little comfort and luxury.
