• TV's have been updated to LED TV's w/ integrated DVD players.

There ARE spots on the outside that are ugly, previous water damage, but currently do not leak. Fixed, but can be better. Because of the outside, some spots inside are bad as well. Doesn't affect the RV from being used.
I drive the RV weekly, spend LOTS of time in the RV and use it as a full-timer does. I chose it more than my house. So to the question, "can it be used now?" the answer is, absolutely. I will continue using and traveling in it until it sells.
