This road-tested Fifth Wheel bunkhouse (42 Ft) is a great for fulltime family travel or weekend excursions! It has thousands in dollars of upgrades, including two new air conditioners, MORryde Independent Suspension, and upgraded tires. It also comes with lots of extras, including upgraded hoses, a water softener/ filtration system, awnings over the slides, kingpin stabilizer, extension power cords, chocks, storage bins, heavy duty leveling blocks, WeBoost cell signal boosting equipment and more. This is a solid RV at a great price! This is a non-smoking RV. A small non-shedding labradoodle has traveled with us. The RV has two garages for supplies. LIVING ROOM/ KITCHEN: Features a fireplace, residential refrigerator (electric), propane oven/ stove, microwave, television, overhead fan, tons of storage and more! MASTER BEDROOM: features a single slide with queen size bed with upgraded mattress, under the bed storage, lots of closet space, a fold down desk for office work, a clothes hamper, and an individually zoned air conditioner. Hookups are available for a washer/ dryer but we do not have one. FULL BATHROOM: Shower and lots of storage! BUNK ROOM: The bunk room features two slide-outs. We let our kids “remodel” their bunkhouse, and as a result, it’s a mishmash of colors and styles. But the bones are all there for a great place to sleep lots of kids. One side has a fold down bunk and a mattress on the floor. The other side has a fold out sofa bed. SECOND BATHROOM: The second bathroom off the bunkroom is a half bath. The MORryde suspension (which is an $8000 upgrade including new hydraulic all-wheel disc brakes) has about 1500 miles on it. The suspension provides for a smoother ride than offered on a standard RV suspension. Continental 215/75 R17.5 HTR (Heavy Trailer Regional) Tires: These tires are significantly better and tougher than standard with a long lasting tread.
