Like new, very clean. we just don’t need it anymore as we are moving. The only thing that’s different than when we purchased it is the mattress. The mattress it came with was very thin, this one is a pillow top we purchased from At Home, you are welcome to keep it or when can remove it. The price does include the sway bar set we got at the dealer. it’s a really cute RV.
