Trailer is in excellent condition and was used by myself and my wife for 3 years. We had a baby this past year and are not planning many trips for another year or 2 so we have decided to let go of our trailer. We bought the extended warranty which is good through 10/6/2023. We upgraded the batteries to 4 Trojan 105’s for longer amp hours. Below are some key features: - Garage is 12’6” with its own toilet and sink -110 gallons of fresh water -114 gallons of grey -82 gallons of black -30 gallon fuel tank -Onan 5.5W with 225 hours -18 cu. ft refrigerator (loved this feature!) -Large panty (other favorite feature!) The RV is 39’4” from center of pin to the year with a hitch weight of approximately 2900lbs. 6 point leveling system with stabilizers. We keep the trailer very clean. I think the floor plan is absolutely amazing and that is what sold us on this RV! We hope whoever gets this can enjoy it as much as us and make lasting memories!
