This RV has never let us down! We have made three cross country, and several local trips with great ease and comfort. Drives like a dream and is very easy to handle, has low mileage with light (cosmetic) wear and tear.

Sleeps 4 or 5. This Vegas features one slide-out with queen size bed in rear (drivers side). Sliding doors allow for bedroom privacy. The Dream Dinette has two seat belts for safety while traveling, and easily converts to 42” x 74” bed. (Sleeps one or two). Drop down bunk over the cab (with privacy curtain) is twin size. (Sleeps one adult or two children).

3 TV’s! One above entry door, one in the bedroom and one on the OUTSIDE! Front cab captains chairs swivel toward convertible coffee table allowing versatile living (and visiting) options. Drop down work desk in front of passenger captains chair.

Kitchen has ample counter space with a flip-up counter-top extension, a pull-out pantry, three burner range with exhaust fan, and an overhead microwave/convection oven. The refrigerator/freezer on the opposite side always cools well, even with gas!

The rear bath includes toilet, sink, extra large shower and overhead cabinets.

Options include attic fans in the bedroom and living area as well as standard bathroom attic fan.

• New water pump as well as an spare water pump.
• Custom fitted, removable, reflectix insulation panels for windows and cabinets. This is a lifesaver when traveling in extreme climate zones.
• 4 wheel covers. Unit has been garaged and/or covered.
• Roof covers for all vents.
• Cyclone rotating cover sewer vent.
• Dynamat sound/heat cover insulation inside dog house in cab. (Greatly reduces cab heat and sound.) Roof is in great condition.

A/C Works great and has never failed. Ducted and/or direct vent system.

Gasoline generator starts every time and runs indefinitely. Has NEVER shut off by itself. Provides heat and alternate 110v electric.

New Michelin tires with 6000 miles.

We love this RV and would love to keep it. Because of health issues that will restrict the duration of our travels we have decided to let it go. This is a wonderful RV and has been the best of the three we have owned. We know it will bring years of enjoyment for the right owners.
