This RV is being sold due to change in families needs. It has the Cummings 450 and steering assist. Plenty of power for hills and towing. Also has the engine break downshifting. Just had 8 new Hankook Smart works A809 tires installed, less than 100 miles on them. Additional repair also includes replacement of all windows to remove window fog. Additionally a new AC/ Heat Pump was just added to the unit in Sept 2021.
Inspected 1 year ago and all areas found to be functional. Just had roof resealed. The quality of Newmar Mountain is easy to spot and appreciate the craftsmanship. Large areas for storage under the coach. 4 televisions and stereo add to the entertainment. Cameras for side and rear of coach. Onan quiet diesel 10000 that will power the entire coach when needed has 1311 hrs on it. Please no low ball offers and thank you but I do not want anyone to help me sell my RV. Inspections are welcomed and encouraged.
