Rent too much? Time to switch to "tiny living"! I'm selling my 1976 Airstream Sovereign (that I lived for a year, and it was great!). It's 31' long, and is a rear bedroom model, which is kind of hard to find, but it's my preferred floor plan. I’m including a full size memory foam mattress, as well, although it could also fit a queen bed if you like. It's got a gaucho that folds into a full size bed as well. (with totally 80's upholstery that has a slip cover on it currently) I just had $6,600 worth of upgrades done, too! I had a certified Airstream repair shop replace the entire water system including the fresh water tank, the dump valves, I had a new water heater and water pump put in, a new toilet, and all new faucets and water lines! The original fridge works great (too good sometimes), and will operate on 110 or propane. The A/C blasts cold, and the furnace is nice and toasty. Lots of closet space, too. Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, no gas leaks, electric works great, and even the original stereo kind of works. Bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower and lots of little shelves. It has a battery, but it needs new propane tanks. (I was using one of them just fine, but it's not certified, and the other one has a leak in the handle, so it's out) I also had all new laminate floors installed in it when I bought it. Everything else is all original and just waiting for a decorators touch! Plenty of 70's paneling and super groovy original bathroom wallpaper! It tows great, there are only a couple of small dents here and there, the bearings were packed last year, and all the windows work except for one at the head of the bed. There are some bubbles in the window film, however. (Just pretend you're in a lava lamp and you'll be super groovy.) It's seriously move-in ready or great for glamping. Be the envy of all your friends when you tell them you live in an Airstream! It's currently stored indoors in a warehouse in Reno, Nevada and is being sold as is.
