Very well built and with the Caliber package which includes: power stabilizing Jack's, power awning with led lights, outdoor kitchen with frig and sink with hot and cold water, rear bumper rack (currently has generator and tuff box bolted to it),  15000 a/c, power tongue jack,  hardwood cabinet doors, porcelain foot flush toilet, hard surface countertops in kitchen. & central vacuum. upgrades we installed are; generator, tuff box for storage, and a full queen memory foam mattress. These North Trail trailers are known for quality and are extended season units & well insulated. This unit has approximately three years left on a nationwide warranty that covers everything.
