The A/C unit in the main area is brand new with a 2 year warranty. The TVs have been replaced with upgraded smart TVs. Self-leveling jacks make set up a breeze. The fireplace is wonderful and puts out some wonderful heat for those cool nights. Top of the line unit that will be great for vacationing or live aboard for some cheap livin'.
